Be mindful of the energy we spread.

Hate: the opposite of love. Surprisingly, it's easier to express. It's striking how effortlessly negativity spreads in the world. Think about how often we emit bad energy throughout the day. You'd be astonished at the amount of darkness around us and how much we contribute to it. From the moment we wake up until we fall asleep, each person spreads negative vibrations at least five to six times daily, whether it's directed at their spouse, child, coworkers, boss, strangers, or friends. We tend to complain a lot, and when we do, we're spreading dark energy. Imagine how smoke spreads—that's akin to how negativity works.

Remember high school rumors? Instead of containing them, we'd help spread them further. Negativity operates the same way. Every "Why is this happening to me?", every "I hate you," and every malicious or resentful word affects those around us. Words carry weight.

Once we see the impact on others, we often regret it, but by then, it's too late. The damage is already done, and the affected person continues the cycle, spreading even more hatred, both the hate they carried and the new negativity we added. Consider the magnitude of dark energy in the world each day: if each person spreads negativity five to six times a day, multiplied by the global population, it's like leaving behind carbon footprints.

Instead of letting a bad day spread negative energy, let's focus on improving ourselves every day. Strive to be positive for those we love and those around us. Let's contain the negativity and spread more positive energy. Everything is connected through vibrations, and our vibrations impact the Earth. We must be responsible, think about our impact on others, and stop spreading negative energy.

It all starts with us.
